What is "Because I Love You" Life Coaching?

The Because I Love You Life Coaches assist families through struggles and crisis.  At the same time they put tools in place so future issues can be dealt with more effectively and efficiently.

Our Life Coaches are not therapists.  They are skilled instructors who coach your family in making radical improvements.  Your Life Coach will be your personal guide, helping you realize and work at achieving your families’ full potential!

"Because I Love You" Life Coaching can work in conjunction with the Because I Love You: Parent and Youth Support Groups.

Who Are Our Clients?

"Because I Love You" Life Coaching is for:

        -Families that are struggling in various stages of crisis

These families may include married, single, or same sex couples, foster or step parents, as well as parents of adopted child/children.  We also help the parents of struggling adult children, either living in the home or not, who contribute to the crisis. 

We define Family Crisis as “the typical, or common struggles

all families experience”.

What Does Life Coaching Provide?

"Because I Love You" Life Coaching helps families believe, achieve, gain proper perspective, formulate strategies for reaching goals, solve problems and conflicts, get families on track, save families from self-destruction, help families in transition, and offer all around support in their lives.

Your Because I Love You Life Coach will:

 1. Encourage you to set and work towards achieving goals…

 2. Provide on-going support and mentoring…

 3. Work with you to try things that you may have never tried
    before, such as new consequences and rewards…

 4. Suggest that you do more then you think you may be capable
    of doing…

How Does the Life Coaching Program Work?

The process begins with an in-depth evaluation of your family.  This evaluation can take place in the privacy of your home and will be at least two to three hours (depending upon your family’s needs and the number of those involved).  It must eventually include all family members that are directly involved. However, we ask that the minimum age for youth participation be 12 years old.

Following this evaluation, the "Because I Love You" Life Coaches will formulate a written plan outlining what it is believed to be necessary for the success of your family and this will be discussed during the follow-up session.

What Does the Life Coaching Program Cost?

The initial cost includes the evaluation, a written plan, and the follow-up session.

If on-going coaching is determined necessary, and agreed upon, Because I Love You Life Coaching is billed per hour.

* All fees are based on local families, within the greater Los Angeles area.  For those outside the greater Los Angeles area, additional fees and/or expenses will apply.
